Q1.Why canot close the lid?

A1: Because the capsule haven\'t put into the right opsition Coffee Machine internal card slot

Q2.Why does the coffee capsule drop directly and cannot be put into the machine? 

A2: Because our capsule is very heavier than original capsule, if you throw it directly into machine wil fall out , so pls put the capsule into machine slowly and slightly.

Q3.Why Coffee flow out is slowly? 

A2: There are two reason, one is press coffee powder too tigh， the other is your coffee powders too much.
